Walk

My Walk

On 30th May 2020 I decided to walk up Waterside Hill when I still can. It was some years since, at least 12 since I went up to the top. Waterside hill is the nearest hill to the village of St John’s Town of Dalry. It is a favourite walk for the villagers. We are lucky to have a variety of walks and few visitors. Many a time we walk without meeting a soul.

The walk took about one and a half hours – 20 minutes to climb the hill.

Scroll though to pictures I took on a brilliant day.

The Bridge with church behind

The bridge is 100 yards from our front door and leads to a level floodplain.
